Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will collaborate across multiple departments to deliver accurate, actionable insights that drive business decisions and organizational performance. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions, supporting data integrity, and advancing our client’s analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to provide insightful reports that measure progress, support revenue generation, and ensure compliance with external stakeholder requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various systems (CRM, ERP, Azure, etc.) to support strategic and operational goals.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Support the rollout and adoption of new technologies that enhance data collection, integration, and analysis.
• Define analytical challenges and research or recommend technology-based solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies and research to ensure successful implementation of data-driven initiatives.
• Document and understand current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in meetings and planning sessions to align reporting and analytics initiatives with business needs.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to strengthen technical and analytical skills.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Experience within a nonprofit or government-funded organization is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Power BI (required); experience with Tableau or similar BI tools is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database querying.
• Familiarity with Azure and other cloud-based data platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably D365 F&O.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) plus.
