Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and medical histories.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately to urgent situations.
• Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, including acute pain management strategies.
• Assist in the Medication Room (Med Room), including preparation and administration of medications per established protocols.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Long-Term Care (LTC) settings is a plus.
