Job Description
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for light industrial construction projects.
  • Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
  • Source and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
  • Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value-engineering solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project scope and costs.
  • Ensure all estimates align with company standards and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
