Job Description - Prepare detailed cost estimates for light industrial construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely estimates.
- Source and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals.
- Maintain and update cost databases and estimating software.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value-engineering solutions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders regarding project scope and costs.
- Ensure all estimates align with company standards and industry best practices.

- Strong knowledge of light industrial construction processes and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
