Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Boone, NC 28607
Shift: Night Shift (3x12-hour, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Payment Breakdown:
$20/ hr. on W2 ($720 weekly) + $43/hr. as Stipend ($1,548 weekly max stipend)

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care for ICU patients with a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Float between units (IMCU and MedSurg) based on patient volume.
• Work a 3x12-hour night shift, with up to 2 weekends per month.
• Comfortably care for pediatric patients as needed.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 years of ICU nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with vents and ICU procedures.
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
• Must have an active NC or Multistate RN license.
• Flexible and willing to float between units.
• Must wear all white or all navy scrubs.

Additional Information:
• Local candidates within 40 miles of the facility are not eligible.
• A valid driver’s license is required for address verification.
