Job Description & Requirements

💉 Position: LPN – Long Term Care (LTC)
⏱ GH: 40 hours/week
📍 Location: Amsterdam, NY
💰 Gross Weekly: $1,640
💵 W2 Rate: $16/hr
💸 Per-Diem: $1,000

 

Requirements:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – NY license required
• Minimum 1 year of Long Term Care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Travel experience required
• Facility will not consider previous staff members as travelers
