• Contract Duration: 4-months
• Worksite Location:  Minneapolis, MN or remote
• Compensation: $33.00 - $56.00 per hour

What you’ll do as the Textile Designer:

• Develop original, trend-forward textile prints for women’s ready-to-wear apparel
• Translate seasonal trend direction into elevated, brand-appropriate artwork
• Design repeats, engineered placements, and all-over prints that are technically ready for production
• Create art sheets (tech packs), upload to designated platforms, and manage digital design files efficiently
• Collaborate with the internal print team and cross-functional partners to ensure cohesive execution
• Respond to factory inquiries and participate in feedback rounds with timely revisions
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting key deadlines

What you’ll bring to the Textile Designer role:

• 5+ years of experience in textile or surface design within the fashion or apparel industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator; NedGraphics experience a plus
• Familiarity with color standards, preferably Archroma
• Strong grasp of composition, repeat layout, color, and scale
• Ability to work across both hand-drawn and digital design styles
• Awareness of current print and cultural trends
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Experience in mass-market retail or high-volume print development is preferred
