We are seeking a Temporary Safety Coordinator to support safety operations across multiple active job sites in Park City, Utah, from now through the end of November. This is a hands-on role focused on promoting safe work practices, conducting field inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.

The Safety Coordinator will work closely with site teams, project managers, and subcontractors to implement daily safety procedures, lead toolbox talks, conduct inspections, and assist with incident investigations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment.

• Support day-to-day safety operations across multiple job sites. 
• Help implement and reinforce company safety policies and procedures. 
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and hazard assessments. 
• Participate in incident investigations and help track corrective actions. 
• Assist with safety orientations, toolbox talks, and jobsite briefings. 
• Monitor PPE usage and help manage inventory and distribution. 
• Maintain safety documentation and assist with compliance tracking. 
• Serve as a resource to field personnel for safety-related questions. 
• Promote a safety-first culture across all job sites.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred). 
• 2–4 years of safety experience in construction, field operations, or a related industry.
  
   

• OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required). 
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
  
   

• Solid understanding of OSHA standards and safety best practices. 
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and incident tracking tools.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize across multiple sites.
  
   

• Ability to walk, stand, and perform site inspections in outdoor conditions.
• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
• Local travel between job sites in the Park City area.

Compensation details: 55000-65000 Yearly Salary
