We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead and execute cross-functional Manufacturing and Process Engineering projects ranging from $100K to $500K, particularly in a medical device, pharma, or life sciences environment.
This role involves driving project planning, tracking, and execution across Engineering, Operations, Regulatory, and Supply Chain, while ensuring schedule accuracy, resource forecasting, and risk management.
Lead and manage Engineering projects from planning through execution.
Develop detailed project schedules and track project health, risks, and milestones.
Forecast, load, track resource allocations in Clarity PPM; track budgets and actuals using Excel or Anaplan.
Facilitate weekly/biweekly cross-functional meetings and drive accountability.
Identify opportunities for resource and cost optimization, and report ROI and project impact.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and Business Systems.
Required experience:
12+ years of project management experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering projects.
Strong experience with Clarity PPM, Smartsheet or MS Project, and
budget tracking tools.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, risks, and mitigation plans.
PMP or Agile Methodologies certification and background in medical devices or regulated industries are required.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently or in a team.
Min 12 years of Project management experience.
