GNC is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational excellence of our digital business. This individual will serve as the key connector between merchandising, supply chain, customer service, and technologyensuring that every part of the e-commerce operation runs efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with company goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic operator with a deep understanding of digital commerce workflows, strong analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement. This is a critical role responsible for driving operational readiness, improving fulfillment and service performance, and supporting continued e-commerce growth.

What Youll Do:

This is a Full-Time Salary Position

The Sr. E-commerce Operations Manager will own the Ecommerce planning and serve as the operational hub for cross-functional communication, planning, and follow-through. This is a high-impact, detail-intensive role ideal for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and fast-paced collaboration. This role ensures seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams, operational efficiency and a focus on strategic outcomes that elevate user experience across the dimensions of people, processes, practices and tools to drive impact at scale.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, creative, e-commerce, and IT to ensure cohesive, high-quality execution of all digital content and site experiences.
  • Establish formal processes for developing consumer-centered experiences
  • Oversee the timely and accurate deployment of customer-facing content and experiences across web and mobile platforms. Manage day-to-day operations of site updates, promotional launches, new product rollouts, and landing page enhancements.
  • Evaluate and improve production workflows, content QA processes, and internal documentation. Offer feedback and recommendations for more efficient operations.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for content production updates. Provide transparent and timely communication to all stakeholders and maintain documentation on deliverables, timelines, and changes.
  • Ensure all site content aligns with brand strategy and user expectations. Review experiences through a customer-centric lens and advocate for consistent, engaging, and accessible digital content.
  • Effectively manage project timelines and ensure all stakeholders are informed of critical updates
  • Analyze website and digital performance to optimize user experience across the site and communicate with cross-functional teams
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:

  • Hybrid work environment, 3 days in-person attendance (Pittsburgh, PA) in addition to ability to work remotely.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, particularly in ecommerce environments.
  • Strong background in project managing cross-functional initiatives, such as product launches and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, BigCommerce).
  • Familiarity with ecommerce operations, including product uploads, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  • Highly organized project manager, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to interface with different departments and ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and goals.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in scheduling and optimizing resources, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a focus on priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in facilitating team meetings, encouraging engagement, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Agile decision-making capabilities to adapt to changes in ecommerce operations or shifts in business priorities.
