**Job Title: Skilled Laborer** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team, primarily focused on cutting metal and assembling racks as part of our refabrication projects. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude and be experienced in using a tape measurer and reading blueprints within industrial or construction settings. This role involves working both inside and outside a production facility. **Responsibilities** + Cut metal and assemble racks for refabrication projects. + Utilize a tape measurer and blueprints to ensure precise work. + Perform mechanical assembly and fabrication tasks. + Work collaboratively with a small but rapidly growing team. + Operate effectively in non-climate controlled environments. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial or construction environments. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and using a tape measurer. + Ability to perform mechanical assembly and fabricate sheet metal. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in carpentry and general labor. + Knowledge of fabrication techniques. **Work Environment** The work environment is non-climate controlled, offering a dynamic setting as part of a small team that is experiencing significant growth. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Montgomery, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr. **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Montgomery,AL. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
