We're looking for a content creator/writer for our online furniture and home furnishing store. You will be responsible for creating collections and blog posts on our Shopify store. This role is part-time and fully remote.
Requirements:
* Complete fluency in English. This is a hard must.
* Experience with writing with a focus on SEO. You must know how to get your articles ranked on top of Google, as well with creating a network of internal links to improve rankings for related content.
* Ability to conduct independent research on competitor content to guide your writing.
* Experience creating content on Wordpress, Shopify's blog, or other ecommerce or blogging platform.
* Familiarity with interior design and home furnishing so that you can use industry vocabulary and tone.
* Basic HTML for formatting and link building (font sizing, centering, a tag, etc.).
* Ability to set your own plan and schedule, then follow through on them.
Preferences:
* Either (1) Filipino graduate from Ateneo de Manila, UP, De La Salle, or UST, or (2) English Lit or other humanities majors that involved frequent and intensive creating writing during your studies.
