Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Manage income tax compliance function, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of all federal, state, and local income tax returns Prepare or review monthly tax provision analysis, tax roll-forward schedules, cash tax forecast, quarterly estimated income tax payments, and other tax-related schedules Ownership of income tax controversy. Evaluate income tax audit exposures, develop and execute tax defense strategy, coordinate response to audit requests to federal, state, and regulatory authorities Active participation in M&A strategy discussion relating to: pre-acquisition consideration, deal structure, valuation, due diligence review, integration, purchase price accounting and post-acquisition restructuring Support income tax planning, including tax structure optimization and intercompany transfer pricing documents Monitor tax legislation updates and proactively analyze and communicate impacts to business partners and management teams Assist tax processes efficiency and control improvement initiatives Manage the federal and state income tax credit initiatives: R&D, Electric Vehicles, WOTC, etc. Perform research to resolve tax questions/issues related to the business Coach and develop a team of Senior Analysts.
