Job Description

• Oversee daily on-site activities for light industrial projects, managing field crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure efficient operations.
• Assist the Project Manager with project execution, including budget control, scheduling, quality assurance, and technical coordination across trades.
• Perform inspections, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality benchmarks.
• Track project costs, review subcontractor invoices, and maintain accurate documentation through daily reports and meetings.
• Build strong relationships with clients, engineers, and team members while mentoring field staff and promoting a zero-injury culture.
