Job Description: Financial Analyst (Hybrid)

Position Type: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Compensation: $35.00/HR
Training: All training will be conducted onsite.

Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will compile and analyze financial data to support the organization’s decision-making process. This role involves developing integrated revenue/expense analyses, creating financial projections, and generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Ensuring the accuracy of financial records, identifying industry trends, and providing insights to senior management are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data.
  • Develop integrated revenue/expense projections and financial reports.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial information and proper record-keeping.
  • Identify trends in competitive environments and present findings to senior management.
  • Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
  • Lead and direct tasks of junior staff as needed.
  • Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to accomplish tasks.
  • Report findings to management and recommend action plans.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis or a related area.
  • Familiarity with financial concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Strong experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven ability to perform financial forecasting and data reconciliation.
  • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience and ability to manage projects.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.

Reporting Structure:
The Financial Analyst will typically report to a manager and work in collaboration with senior management and other departments.

This hybrid role offers flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
