Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the PPC and client communication teams to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact PPC, DSP, and reporting services.
* Oversee the profit and loss of the department while balancing the efforts and outcomes of both teams.
* Ensure customer satisfaction is maintained across all PPC operations and serve as the go-to leader for escalating issues.
* Oversee and refine processes for the effective and timely delivery of PPC services, while also facilitating process development between departments.
* Drive strategic direction for Amazon PPC campaigns, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful
* Proven experience managing Amazon PPC, including DSP and reporting services, with the ability to oversee multiple accounts simultaneously.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring PPC teams to reach company goals.
* Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of Amazon advertising platforms, including Sponsored Ads, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brands.
* Strong proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Excel, and/or other PPC optimization tools.
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills to nurture relationships and drive exceptional outcomes.
* Ability to implement and improve processes and drive operational efficiency.
