• Achieve annual sales, market share, and profitability goals in targeted area.
• Collaborate with sales leadership team to identify, recommend, and implement sales and service strategies and goals.
• Generate approximately 90% of qualified leads using personal and company-provided resources and contacts.
• Conduct consultations which include product and service explanations, measures, and contract negotiations and closure.
• Become an expert on products and services we provide.
• Work within company pricing guidelines.
• Follow up on orders to assure timely delivery of product, customer satisfaction and prompt payment.
• Showroom duties, including some Saturdays, are required.
• Handle sales for replacement applications as needed.

You’re a good fit if….

• Two years of sales experience with formal sales training is a plus.
• Existing contacts in the building industry
• Proficient at math
• Customer service oriented
• A self starter
• Genuine interest in the home improvement industry
• Eagerly hunts for new customers by prospecting, networking and cultivating potential clients
• Thirst for knowledge
• Money motivated
• High school diploma is required, a college degree is preferred
• Good organization and communication skills are a must.

Earning Potential

• $70k to $200k including base salary, commissions and bonuses
