We are currently hiring an experienced RV Sales Closer / Sales Manager to operate across multiple dealership locations. This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a proven sales professional who knows how to close deals, lead teams, and follow a proven sales process that delivers results.

 

What You’ll Do

• Close More Deals: Work directly with sales teams at each location to drive conversions and increase profitability.
• Execute the Gerzeny’s RV World Sales Process: Ensure every salesperson consistently follows the company’s established process — from greeting through delivery — to maintain a world-class buying experience.
• Lead from the Front: Coach, train, and mentor team members with real-time guidance to improve performance and professionalism.
• Reinforce Accountability: Monitor and enforce adherence to sales procedures, follow-up standards, and documentation accuracy.
• Drive Results Across Locations: Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for sales growth and operational improvement.

 

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive RV or automotive sales experience , with a strong track record of high closing percentages and team leadership.
• Deep understanding of the RV industry , customer buying behaviors, and dealership operations.
• Proven ability to lead by example, motivate teams, and follow established processes.
• Willingness to travel between multiple Florida locations (Nokomis, Bradenton, Lakeland, and Fort Myers).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Earning Potential: $125,000 – $150,000+ annually (base salary + performance bonuses)
