*Uncapped Earning Potential*
o Full Time RN Ranges from $70,000 to $90,000

*Qualifications and Requirements*
-Current PA Nursing License
- Demonstrated experience in home healthcare or a related field (preferred)
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients receiving home health services.
- Coordinate and provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality patient care and safety.
- Utilize physiology knowledge and nursing expertise to deliver comprehensive care to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Implement and oversee patient discharge planning in coordination with healthcare providers and community resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical terminology standards.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Demonstrate proficiency in managing care for patients with diverse medical needs, including critical care, ICU, and behavioral health patients.
- Possess a valid driver's license and RN license to provide home health services to patients in various locations.
- Adhere to professional nursing standards and ethical practices while delivering compassionate care to patients in a home health setting.
