About the Position

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems
• Handling general building maintenance work orders as needed

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and refrigeration service experience
• Strong knowledge of building systems and physical plant
• EPA 608 certification
• Advanced understanding of refrigeration, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Boiler experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid CA driver’s license

Compensation

The hourly pay rate for this position ranges from $35.58 to $42.44 .
