Busy law firm seeks an enthusiastic, friendly, and well-presented receptionist/operator for our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate must have five-star receptionist, customer service skills, be a great team player, and have experience.
Reception team responsibilities include: -Welcome visitors by greeting them on the phone or in person. Screen 300-400 daily incoming calls and route to appropriate personnel. Experience handling a multi-line phone system for very heavy inbound call office a must. -Provide direct administrative support managing correspondence to incoming faxes, and processing incoming and outgoing mail/shipping. Errands and other projects may be assigned on an as-needed basis. -Must have an extremely calm demeanor with the ability to prioritize in a very fast-paced and call heavy environment. The ideal candidate must also be able to multi-task successfully and make quick decisions on the fly. -Strong written and verbal communication skills (attention to detail highly important). Professional, articulate manner a must!-Maintain office cleanliness and keep reception and conference rooms in order. Maintain the kitchen area on a daily basis. -Willing to accept direction and work in a team environment with little to no supervision. Individual must have strong ethics and superb integrity.
Skills:
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Multi-line phone system- a minimum of 5 lines experience
Law office experience a plus
