Job Description:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated receptionist to join our growing team, responsible for answering phones, greeting clients, collecting payments and updating appointments. As a member of the Arbor Therapy team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to their overall well-being and endure a smooth patient experience.
The schedule for the offered position is Monday-Thursday 10am-6:30pm and Friday 9 - 5:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch break.
This role requires excellent organizational and both written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure lobby and reception areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary mannerQualifications:
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel & Outlook
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Reads, writes, understands, and speaks English proficiently
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Basic phone handling skills and contact center experience
• High school diploma or GED
