Project Management
Project Manager: Lead planning, execution, and monitoring for the entire project, inclusive of Change, Training, and Communications; managed in Smartsheet trackers.
Change Manager: Drive stakeholder engagement, change planning, and training.

Objectives

• Provide comprehensive project planning and execution oversight for all phases of the project.
• Engage stakeholders across regions (APAC, EMEA, NAM, LATAM) with at least weekly touchpoints.
• Deliver training and support for new packaging standards.
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption of changes through hypercare.
• Design and implement a new operating model (process, roles, RACI, KPIs).
• Establish a data governance framework to track MOC/CPQ adherence.

Scope of Work

In Scope:

• Project planning, tracking, and risk management using Smartsheet templates.
• Stakeholder engagement via weekly core team meetings and integration into CCLO F-steer and E-steer Co forums.
• Communication and change management planning and execution.
• Operating model and data governance framework design.
• Training development and delivery.
• Documentation of business-led test scenarios in collaboration with IT.
• Hypercare support post go-live.

Out of Scope:

• Technical design of packaging standards.
• Supplier negotiations or contractual changes.
