Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager of Product Operations to optimize our product development processes and enhance team productivity. This role will work closely with our Product Owners, Product Designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to streamline workflows, improve communication, and ensure alignment with our business objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Process Improvement:
Analyze and refine existing product development processes to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
Implement best practices for product management and design operations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Facilitate effective communication between Product Owners, Product Designers, engineering teams, and other stakeholders.
Act as a liaison to ensure alignment on product vision, goals, and timelines.
Project Management:
Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time completion of product initiatives.
Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on key metrics.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, guidelines, and product specifications.
Prepare regular reports on product performance and team productivity to inform leadership decisions.
Feedback Loop:
Establish feedback mechanisms to capture input from team members and stakeholders, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
Tool Optimization:
Assess and implement tools and software that enhance productivity and collaboration within the product team.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Scrum or PMP certification strongly preferred.
