We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing them with a warm welcome and essential information about our services. This role is critical in maintaining a positive and efficient office environment. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for various team members.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
