ABOUT THE ROLE: We are seeking experienced, hands-on NetSuite Developers & Administrators to join a fast-paced and growing organization. The ideal candidates will bring a strong technical foundation in NetSuite and Celigo, along with experience managing integrations, automations, and system optimizations that enhance operational performance. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Develop, configure, and maintain customizations in the NetSuite ERP environment (SuiteScript, workflows, custom records, dashboards, and KPIs). Administer NetSuite environments including roles, permissions, users, and security. Lead and support Celigo-based integrations with third-party platforms such as BigCommerce, Magento2, SourceDay, SPS Commerce, and Kustomer. Manage data modeling, imports, and exports using CSV and EDI formats. Design and maintain system configurations, saved searches, and reports to optimize business processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, identify automation opportunities, and implement system enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues, managing tickets and change requests efficiently. Support Power BI integrations and dashboards for data visualization and business intelligence. Ensure data integrity, performance, and security through NetSuite best practices. Maintain technical documentation and promote cross-functional knowledge sharing. Location: Texas (ideally within driving distance of Houston, TX). Work Setup: Hybrid required onsite once or twice per month. WHAT WE EXPECT: 4+ years of NetSuite development and administration experience, including SuiteScript, workflows, and customizations. Extensive hands-on experience with Celigo integration platform (Celigo certification highly preferred). Experience with Power BI, including data modeling and reporting, is a strong plus. Proficiency with EDI tools, including SourceDay and SPS Commerce (nice to have). Solid understanding of NetSuite architecture, roles, permissions, and security. Familiarity with inventory, financial, and order management modules in NetSuite. Experience with Kustomer and other CRM or support integrations is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication skills. Veterans are highly encouraged to apply!
