About this role: As a Nephrologist,you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
- You will practice at Intermountain Medical Center
- Employment is with the Intermountain Medical Group and will be based in Salt Lake City, UT
- Physician will collaborate with Intermountain nephrologists, advanced practice providers and nurse navigators to deliver general nephrology care in outpatient clinic, hospital, dialysis, and telehealth settings
- Ideal candidate will contribute to a patient-centered, value-based care delivery model and possesses exceptional interpersonal skills to foster a culture of teamwork and multi-disciplinary collaboration
- Teaching/learning mindset and home dialysis interest is a plus
- Participation educational conferences is supported
Compensation: Base: $412,600.00 annually
Quality Incentive: up to $20,000.00
This position includes a$30,000starting bonus,up to $20,000in relocation assistance, residency stipend and $75,000in student loan repayment when applicable

What you'llbring: - MD or DO degreefrom a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
- US ACGMEaccredited residency
- ABMS board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
- Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
- BLS certification and DEA
- Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health'scredentialing process
- Candidates requiringVisa sponsorship will be reviewed on an individual basis
