💰 Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 annually + Quarterly Bonuses
🕐 Schedule: Day Shifts Only | No Evenings or Weekends
Position Summary
We are currently seeking passionate and skilled Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team in both North Carolina and South Carolina locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments
• Design and implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and ABA therapists
• Deliver parent training and ongoing collaboration with families
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation
Compensation & Bonuses
• Competitive base salary: $80,000 – $90,000 , based on experience
• Quarterly performance-based bonuses
Schedule
• Day shifts only
• No evening or weekend hours
