Licensed Life Insurance Agent – Advanced Market Opportunities and Training

We are seeking a licensed life insurance agent to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to partner with a top national agency offering comprehensive training, advanced market solutions, and leadership pathways .

The Life Insurance Agent is responsible for helping clients create customized protection and wealth-building strategies through life insurance, annuities, and retirement solutions. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—analyzing client needs, providing tailored recommendations, and building long-term relationships that deliver both peace of mind and financial security.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct client needs analyses to determine appropriate life insurance, annuity, and retirement planning solutions.

  • Provide expert advice and recommend insurance products that align with client goals, budgets, and timelines.

  • Represent multiple top-rated carriers and serve as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain relationships and ensure policyholder satisfaction.

  • Proactively expand your client base through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and community engagement.

  • Assist clients with policy reviews, adjustments, and claims to ensure ongoing suitability and support.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client files in compliance with state and company regulations.

  • Participate in advanced market training in areas such as:

    • Tax-free retirement planning (IULs, Indexed Annuities)

    • Debt-Free Life & Infinite Banking concepts

    • Legacy and estate planning solutions

    • Business succession and key-person insurance

  • Collaborate with mentors, trainers, and leadership for ongoing skill development and performance growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Active Life Insurance License in the state of residence (required).

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant financial services background preferred.

  • FINRA accreditation a plus (not required for all product lines).

  • Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to connect with clients , identify needs, and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented, with a commitment to professional excellence.

  • Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and virtual meeting platforms.
