Open Schedule, schedule is created by the office and it is flexible, since we manage the work throughout appointements with already interested customers.

- Experience in sales or customer services preferred

- Willing to learn and adapt to new processes

- Must be 18 years of age or more

- Must be citizen or resident of the USA

- Excellent time management skills

- Excellent communication skills

Qualification

- High School or GED diploma preferred.

- Competitive person.

- Customer Service experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but not necessary)

- Sales experience (minimum 1 year preferred, but not necessary)

- Knowledge and understanding of sales process

- Communication and good presentation

- Critical thinker and problem solving oriented.

Responsibilities

- Help homeowners get their desired project with our financing options.

- Evaluating customer needs

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

- Collaborating with others.

- Promote our brand and services.

- Staying up to date.

- Attend to training and meetings as needed.

- Take accurate measurments of potential customers projects.

- Request quotes to the office

- Run credits

- Customer service, during the sale and after the sale

- Get refferrals from previos customers and other sources

- Prospect new customers (Minimum prospection time required, Networking, D2D, Socila Media, email, calls, referrals)

- Negotiation prices and terms.

- Get customer signatures for contracts and docs.

- Reporting to the management team.

 

Full Job Description

As a sales representative you will be able to work within a selling system process in the fields of landscape design and home remodeling. Your job will be mainly to make sales for new projects while creating a good relationship with your customers in order to get more referrals. During the sales proces you will be responsible of following the sales procedures established by the team through an efficiently proven system that allows you to make the sales easiley and reduced probability of mistakes. You will be trained in the company's culture and also the tools we use to do this job in the right way. You will also be responsible for working as a team, most of the time you will get the appointments for your sales but you will also have to prospect new customers on your own, a small portion of time from the week will be used to prospect new customers only if it is necessary.
