This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with exceptional proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business and IT, translating complex visions into professional, presentable deliverables. You will support key projects by creating engaging presentations, analyzing data, and ensuring that business objectives are effectively communicated. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Strong communication skills: ability to simplify complex ideas and present them clearly. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on producing professional deliverables. basic understanding of business processes and IT systems is a plus. bility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with business analysis or project coordination. Familiarity with data visualization tools or methodologies. Knowledge of IT terminologies and business workflows. Responsibilities: Develop professional and visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint to articulate business and IT visions. Conduct data analysis and create actionable insights using Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas). Draft, format, and proofread business documents and reports in Word. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into deliverables. ssist in developing project roadmaps, workflows, and summaries that align with organizational goals. Support cross-functional teams in ensuring consistency and clarity in presentations and communications. Participate in meetings to understand business needs and provide inputs for strategy presentations. Track project updates and ensure accurate and timely reporting. Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $40/hour to $50/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
