HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Human Resources department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning January through May 2025, scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Assisting with the recruiting and pre-employment process of newly hired employees
Overseeing internal and external job boards
Reviewing applications, screening candidates and coordinating in-person interviews with managers
Participating in career fairs, college networking programs and onsite hiring events
Assisting the department with clerical and administrative tasks
Completing assigned daily tasks and assisting HR managers with research projects as needed
Providing support to the entire department in order to increase efficiencies in the area
Requirements for the position:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Accuracy and strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to prioritize projects and duties
A high level of professionalism
