I’m writing to inform you that one of my client companies, a prestigious investment firm located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant. This individual will provide comprehensive support to a small team comprised of Executives and Senior Associates who travel extensively on a global scale by performing calendar management, creating domestic and international travel itineraries, expense reporting, gathering materials for client meetings, and the like; Essentially serving as “mission control” to provide any assistance required from the Boston office for the Executives traveling around the world.
Compensation includes a base salary in the $80K- $90K range, depending on experience, plus a multiple bonus and outstanding benefit package
This role is a FANTASTIC opportunity for an individual who offers 2- 5 years of experience supporting Senior Management in this capacity and an innate ability to form effective working relationships.
