The Event Assistant will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to start their career in event management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Support the event team in organizing event materials and equipment.
• Help with the setup and breakdown of event venues.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in managing event timelines and ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule.
• Provide on-site support during events to address any issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in post-event activities, including evaluations and reporting.
