Job Description

We are seeking a capable and motivated Environmental Manager with 3–6 years of experience to lead environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives at our cement manufacturing facility. This individual will ensure the site remains in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, while also supporting long-term sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage environmental permitting, reporting, and recordkeeping (air, water, waste)
• Ensure compliance with Title V air permits and other applicable environmental regulations
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Coordinate with plant operations to minimize environmental impacts
• Act as liaison with environmental agencies and third-party consultants
• Contribute to environmental sustainability projects and performance tracking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science or related field
• 3–6 years of environmental management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Knowledge of environmental regulations (EPA, state/local agencies)
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on-site in a heavy industrial environment
