Description

The Clubs at Cordillera Ranch is a private country club located in Boerne off Hwy 46. We are currently looking for full-time servers. The position requires a professional appearance and ability to interact in a professional demeanor at all times. Applicants must have an energetic and outgoing personality.


Essential Functions Include:

• Excellent menu knowledge and personal suggestions for each guest.
• Efficiently communicate and upsell features, menu changes, and upcoming club events to every table.
• Provide consistent up-scale dining service throughout entire meal.
• Continuously supply accurate tickets with personal touches.
• Effectively communicate with kitchen and host team to provide precise orders.
• Converse with members and guests in an outgoing and friendly, but professional manner.
• Act as an extension of the entire service team, assisting other servers and bartenders.
• Always obtain the name and member number of each table to ensure correct member charges.
• Make sure work area, server stations, and dining area are kept clean and comply with all standards and health code standards.
• Complete side work and banquet set-up/break down in an efficient, timely manner.
• Maintain a professional appearance and proudly display uniforms that fit properly and follow all standards.

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Must be dependable and self-motivated.
• Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
• Must have excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact with peers, management, clients, and prospective clients in a professional manner.
• Must have a positive attitude.
