We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join our team, fully onsite in Coral Gables.

Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Conduct thorough document reviews to identify potential risks and ensure clarity in contractual obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for contract development and execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships through effective vendor management practices.
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Skills

  • Proven experience as a contract administrator, 1-3 years of experience is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
