Are you an experienced CMM Inspector with a strong background in metals inspection, setup, and precision measurement? Were looking for a skilled professional to take ownership of CMM setup, programming, and inspection using industry-leading tools to ensure top-tier quality standards. What Youll Do:

• Set up and program CMM equipment for accurate inspection of precision metal parts.
• Conduct detailed inspections using CMMs, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and technical specifications to verify part compliance.
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections , ensuring all parts meet strict quality standards.
• Document and analyze inspection results, identifying and resolving non-conformances.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and improve processes.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection tools to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in CMM setup, programming, and inspection within a metalworking environment.
• Proficiency in CMM programming software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of manual measuring tools , including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and surface plates .
• Deep understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading .
• High attention to detail and ability to identify and document quality issues accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
