About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim CIO to spearhead a significant transformation following a series of acquisitions. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a dispersed IT team through critical initiatives, with a primary focus on the migration and integration of ERP platforms across the newly combined enterprise. This role demands a strategic and tactical leader who can drive execution, build consensus, and navigate complex organizational dynamics. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of the ERP implementation and integration project, leading the full lifecycle of the ERP implementation, and ensuring timely and successful migration and integration across the organization. Applicants for the Interim CIO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior IT leadership role, with specific experience in leading net-new ERP implementations, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role requires a strong leader with a proactive, confident, and politically savvy presence, capable of managing complex integrations in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong change agent, able to build consensus across distributed teams, engage business leadership, and drive accountability. Experience in a distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environment is advantageous. The Interim CIO must be an exceptional communicator, with strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution during the critical transformation phase.
