About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join its dynamic, strategic executive team. The CCO will be instrumental in leading the organization on its journey to build and maintain a culture grounded in integrity, with a focus on embedding compliance at all levels. The ideal candidate will have a forward-thinking compliance vision, transforming compliance into an engagement tool that fosters trust and drives organizational results. A strong moral compass centered on patient well-being and a commitment to servant leadership principles are essential for this position. Candidates for the CCO role at the company must have a Master’s degree in a healthcare or related field, or a Juris Doctor degree with certification in compliance and privacy. Knowledge of all elements of corporate compliance in relation to healthcare delivery, including strategy, business planning, operations, and finance, is a key requirement. The successful candidate will be a transparent and collaborative leader, capable of spearheading and supporting change in a complex environment. Emphasis will be placed on transformative strategies that create a dynamic and resilient compliance framework, and the CCO will be expected to align the compliance program with the organization's mission, vision, and values, driving proactive strategies that advance the organization's mission and foster a culture of trust.
