At Your Green Package, the Delivery Driver is primarily responsible for a daily route of recreational marijuana deliveries and processing transactions for customers receiving home delivery service. The Delivery Driver position is a hybrid role that combines driving a delivery vehicle, facilitating customer transactions all while working in a professional manner with our partners.

Responsibilities

• MUST be able to work weekends
• Follow YGP Policies & Procedures for daily operations and fully comply with state marijuana regulations*
• Provide exceptional services on behalf of your designated dispensary
• Provide product delivery service from your designated dispensary to customers addresses
• Ensures the safe transport of product, that manifests are complete with correct information, package quantities, dates, times, and mileage
• Follow assigned randomized routes and secure delivery services with signal checks as required during each route
• Model best-in-class service that consistently exceeds our customers' expectations and builds a long-term rapport
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customers information
• Accurately receive, prepare, and complete customers' orders and sales utilizing point-of-sale
• Accurately enter all customers record information within the point-of-sale system
• Ensure the delivery vehicle is stocked, clean, and in proper operational order
• Work in close coordination with a team of other Delivery Drivers, Designated Dispensary, Inventory Specialists, and Security/dispatching personnel
• Supports the teamwork effort in both starts of day and end of day procedures
• Act as a liaison between customer and YGP management to continually improve the customer experience
• Appropriately escalate customer conflict or complaint, inspiring long-term patient relationships and loyalty to our brand
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned*

Skills

• Age 21 or over (Required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid Driver's License (Required)
• Clean driving record (Required)
• Ability to be flexible with varying work hours to cover all transportation needs
• Excellent verbal communication and human relation skills, with strong attention to detail
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of basic computer skills, point of sale software, and debit terminal
• Must successfully complete a role-specific training program
• Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner
• Must be available to work weekends and applicable holidays
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Demonstrates high emotional intelligence
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
