Create and manage personalized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision, guidance, and ongoing training to RBTs.
Assess client progress and adapt treatment goals as needed.
Work closely with families and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.

Must be a current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) .
Masters degree in ABA or a related field.
Proven experience in supervising RBTs and managing ABA programs.
