Len Mudlock - State Farm Agency, located in Sugarloaf, PA has an immediate opening for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional to join their team! Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain within 6 weeks)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain within 6 weeks)
