Assist in content creation and curation—ranging from images and videos to compelling copy—that resonates with target audiences.
Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing reports, and suggesting improvements based on key metrics.
Engage with online communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate way.
Assist with influencer outreach and partnerships, identifying potential influencers and tracking campaign performance.
Work alongside internal teams to ensure social media campaigns align with broader marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Experience with social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer).
Excellent writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail.
A creative mindset and the ability to come up with engaging content ideas for different audiences.
Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.

Bonus Qualifications
Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video editing software.
The Perks

Competitive benefits, including medical/dental/vision support, paid time off (vacation, sick days, holidays), 401(k), and more.
Flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from home.
