Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a part time administrative assistant for immediate hire. The administrative assistant will perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and assist in the overall productivity of our office.
Responsibilities include:
· Perform clerical tasks to maintain client files
· Data entry into database to maintain client records and files
· Maintain deadline driven calendars
· Interact with clients, municipalities, and staff
· Process incoming and outgoing mail
· Perform research and update records and files
· Manage multiple ongoing projects as directed
Skills:
· Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to work within and complete tasks on deadline
This is a part time, onsite position in our Ramsey, NJ office.
20-25 hours a week, with flexible hours (within reason)
