Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist for a full-time temporary position in Marlton, NJ. The ideal candidate will manage billing processes and ensure timely collection of payments. Responsibilities:

Process and issue invoices accurately and promptly
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports
Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments
Assist in resolving billing discrepancies
Maintain accurate records of transactions

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or accounting preferred
Proven experience in accounts receivable or billing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
