As a Workforce Development LMS Administrator, you will provide site support for training and development programs, systems, compliance, and strategy. Your responsibilities will include support of learning management systems (LMS). As a part of the Workforce Development (WFD) team, you may also facilitate training, maintain training records, materials, and forms, teach workshops as needed, and serve as the team's subject matter expert (SME) on all items LMS-related. Collaborating with the Workforce Development Supervisor of Training and Documentation Administration (TDA), you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of Micron's expansion efforts in Idaho, supporting the Idaho US expansion (ID1) and, later, the NY expansion. Join a great team focused on helping Micron team members grow in their careers Training Administration + Build programs, courses, and certifications in the LMS following established standards, styles, and templates to create and own course assessments. + Maintain and perform periodic reviews for LMS learning content. + Respond to training inquiries and requests for reports as well as monitor and report on training compliance. + Act as department subject-matter-expert for the learning management system to support learners, leaders, trainers, and instructors. + Understand and solve access to systems gated by learning completion.
