What We’re Looking For
- Organizational skills to keep everything in order.
- Attention to detail so every product meets our high-quality standards.
- A positive mindset and readiness to learn.
- The physical ability to handle up to 50 lbs and engage in dynamic activities like kneeling and bending.
Optional But Valued
- Experience with wood finishing and industry-standard tools.
- Comfortable with using digital tools, especially Google Sheets.
