Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, independent and self-motivated person who loves food and presentation to join our dynamic team. We are an upscale wine bar with a simple food pairing menu made from high quality ingredients and designed to complement the wine. We serve charcuterie, paninis, flatbreads, salads, dips and other small plates.
We need a team member who can work Tuesdays-Fridays from 2pm-9:30pm. The work includes prep, inventory management, filling customer orders and cleaning up. On some days we schedule only one person in the kitchen, and on days when we have events or large reservations, we add shifts from a roster of team members. We're looking for someone who will provide us with stability and continuity by overseeing the operation of the kitchen and taking pride and ownership of high performance standards. The tasks are not difficult, but the person who will succeed is reliable, dedicated and able to work well alone or with other team members.
Kitchen Manager Certificate required. (It's an online test easy to complete).
