About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP for Security and Networking & Communications. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and delivering a multi-year plan that is in line with the corporate strategy, particularly in the areas of cloud, data/AI, security, and services. This role requires the definition, implementation, and driving of security, networking, and communications that optimize funding and business opportunities. The SVP will also be responsible for ensuring the company maintains a leading market share position with strategic vendors and will work to influence these vendors to secure the necessary support for the transformational program. Candidates for this role should have over 10-15 years' of relevant work experience, with a preference for those holding a Master's or Post Graduate Degree in security, networking, or an MBA. The role demands a professional with a strong technical and sales background in security and networking, previous experience in global roles, and a proven track record of managing and supervising employees. The SVP will be expected to lead business transformation, engage with market leaders, and coordinate the adoption of high-growth technologies. Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills are essential, as is the ability to interact effectively with management at all levels and to travel frequently on a global scale.
