The Challenge

We are looking for a senior engineer to join our Visualization team that provides Computer Generated Imagery (CGI) services to enable the public to better understand implications of a complex project or plan and enhances their ability to provide review and comments.

In this role, you will:

• Manage complex projects and supervise team members.
• Oversee, review, and approve visualization products.
• Provide leadership on visualization initiatives and an advisory role to senior management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide technical assistance to departments and agencies.

What You Bring

• Extensive knowledge of the principles of design visualization for transportation, architecture, engineering, and knowledge of local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
• Computer experience using 3D applications (Autodesk 3ds Max), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, advanced render engines (V-Ray), GIS data and applications, and understanding CADD applications (Autodesk AutoCAD & Revit, Bentley MicroStation and ORD, Lumen RT).
• Video editing and photography experience doing onsite video/photography coordination and shooting, including using drones.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems, resolve conflicts, and to apply critical thinking to complex, highly technical issues.
• Project management experience as a supervisor/leader prioritizing work, managing multiple priorities, delegating assignments, and tracking and ensuring accomplishment of goals and objectives.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, and
• 4+ years of relevant experience; or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
